119號 小行星

這篇距離上次發文有點久啊........

算一算，這一忙就忙了快要半年。

除了工作，一有時間我就是補眠，但睡眠時間實在少得可憐。

有時累到睡也沒睡好，

只能兩眼瞪著天花板想著為了五斗米我真的好累啊!

轉眼來到不惑之年，似乎要好好思考一下自己的未來了。

雖說隔這麼久沒發文，但小行星在這些時日裡竟也默默的突破10萬人次。

像我這種小本經營的格子能累積這樣的人次，我真的超級開心的!

底下就來稍稍交代一下這段時間值得留下紀錄的片刻。

我最近胖了，尤其是肚子那一圈肥油，

以前買的漂亮衣服都穿不下了。

之前不知死活買了小露蠻腰的短版蕾絲上衣，

只能在整理衣櫃時拿出來看看。

最近開始積極的運動，

不知是否為時已晚，只能控制目前的體重不再上升，

之前累積的倒是未減分毫啊。(已哭)

不過運動過後，大飆汗的暢快，

身體自然的放鬆，真的很舒服。

所以運動不能停啊!

很忙仍舊維持閱讀，沒辦法我真太喜歡睡前閱讀了!

因為經常翻動及拿取書籍，小家的書架每天的樣子都不太一樣。

我很喜歡這樣融入日常的潛移默化。

隨著心情變化的書架擺設像是人生的微觀，

看著我的書架也可以窺見我的心思啊。

我最近迷上『收納』。

搬入小家已經滿兩年了，

我開始思考如何運用收納來節省不必要的搜尋時間。

收納做得好，才能徹底貫徹『物歸原處』。

還好我們有Muji和IKEA設計好的系統收納工具，

很多需要的以及必要的，他們都規劃的很清楚，

我們只要選擇適合自己的就能完成有效率的收納。

因為開始規畫收納，所以開始有了綠化室內空間的想法。

先從小型的植栽開始入手，

有著白色花紋跟小小綠葉的是白福壽桐，

另一盆有粉色紋路的深綠闊葉則是彩葉芋。

有了這兩個小盆栽，室內瞬間有了綠意。

氣氛也活潑了起來!

LEGO總是能安慰我疲憊的身心。

這隻WALL-E是小派買給我的禮物，

沒有甚麼名目，就在我下班深夜返家時出現在我的床頭。

花了半天的時間將他組裝完成，他無辜的大眼莫名的療癒啊。

小派總是這樣，

知道我工作累，知道我承受的壓力。

知道我吃了苦還是忍著拼命完成工作。

他都知道，卻甚麼也沒說，默默的支持著我。

一碗熱湯，一個鼓勵的微笑，一個突如其來的小禮物。

我的心，在那樣的時刻，療癒了!

然後變成一股力量，支持我繼續前進。
